Hi Russell

I assume you've come down now! For future reference you can: hydrate with lots of water, go for a walk to help with jitters and deep breathing to calm the nervous system and wait it out!

Hi Brandan thanks for asking those questions mate, other people will vastly benefit from them too.

1) stop eating foods that add bad cholesterol.  I.e. meat, dairy and fats that are animal or man made.

2) stress - that's a whole conversation to go deep in. Your stress? Why? What's your rules and triggers? What's your diet? What's your normal breathing pattern, what's your beliefs of the situation? Do you meditate or why not?
Stress is a made up word for the emotion of scared or being uncertain. When we can flip that uncertainty to certainty, people lower their "stress". So we need to have a chat about that more.
3) High BP - what's your diet? Exercise? Water intake? If you can, do the 7 rounds of 7 breathing exercise and also go for long walks. Eat plants and fruit. Have tomatoes ???? drink grapefruit juice etc.

once again there are lots of things.

But why not have a coach and you get together and delve deeper into these so you can get back in control of your health. Perhaps get some coaching over a few months to empower the truth of your body and healing so you never have to "stress" about these things again.
We're here to help and support you into your full capacity

Hi Clint,

Thank you for getting back to me. I was looking for resources to send to someone. This is not for me personally. The website and resources are not all aligned/integrated to find the valuable information Tyler and Don provide.

Hey Rina, I have the green aquarius Water Jug and Love it. I have many clients who have both the undersink system and the jug also. They too love them. Constantly hearing "best water they've ever had".

I completed my 40 day fast last year and used this water from the jug for the first 20 days. It was awesome and a good size, fast filtration and stays alkaline forever.

Buy it! Tell Richard I sent you!

Hi Rina! I have the Acquarius Water filter and I love it! Water tastes great and it's so nice to not have to keep topping up jugs and other similar water filters

Hi Jess,

I grew up on rainwater and loved it. It does need some pretty full on filtering though as it runs off your roof into the tak and will pick up all kinds of things along the way - I remember my Dad pulling a dead rat out of it once lol!!! I don't really know about the fitlering or costs involved as I've never looked into it.

As a HTS Coach water is very important to me so I have a reverse osmosis system at home. It's a portable one (so I can take it if we move) and cost about $450 - $500AU from memory. We also got a shower cholrine filter at the same time (about $60 from memory). Our supplier comes and replaces all the water system and shower filters annually for about $250AU. If you're in Perth let me know and I can provide the supplier details if you like.

Distellers are also great filters. Many other coaches have the Aquarius system too.

Hope that helps!

Hey Jessica, I'm one of the HTS coaches. I had this for a while many years ago and found it frustrating and also painful! Here's a few tips: Oil pull every morning (great for oral hygiene and exercises the mouth). Massage the jaw area using an essential oil a few times a day, I would use: Young Livings Wintergreen (dilute in an oil). And exercise it. Big Loves Xxx

Hey Ivan, this could be caused by any number of things. I would get a 15 min free consult with one of Tyler's Heal Thy Self Health Coaches and see if you want to get a consult. Just answering  this without any more information won't help you. Diet, stress, underlying health issues, dehydration etc  can all cause digestive or colon issues. https://www.healthyself.co/find-a-coach/

I believe Tyler uses a water distiller in Bali. Just make sure if you do you add a pinch of good salt.

Hi Carol,
You should check out the 7 Travel Tips For A Healthy And Happy Travel Experience some great tips and advice for travelling!

When I went travelling for a month in each country Vientnam, Cambodia, Loas & Thailand, I didn't get any vaccinations, Made sure to keep up on hydration, ate loads of in season fresh foods, used natural bug spray!! No issues at all! Now I'd add EO's to the mix too!
