I fully believe that ANY disease can be healed or reversed with the right protocols. 

Some will take weeks, others can take months or years. But if someone does the work, then yes. They can heal from any disease. 
Luckily there are people who have reversed MND and CF. 
But truly, this convo is not a do a celery juice smoothie or have an essential oil bath and you'll be right. This diagnosis deserves the right foundations for healing and that starts with a call with one of our coaches. 
Book one in and have a chat. I personally recommend coaching and even attending TT's seminars on healing and rejuvenating. 
 

Yet to finish once again, I say yes. Any disease can heal.

Hayley is bang on - our skin is our largest organ and if we have toxicity built up in our body and our normal channels of elimination (one being via the back door!) are blocked and clogged, then toxins will find another way out - often via our skin. So no, I don't think you've done anything wrong, just potentially a little too fast. For any cleansing we do, preparation is important. There is plenty you can do (this is where being guided by a coach is invaluable) in order to prepare for a colon cleanse and juice fast so that your detox symptoms aren't so severe. This is what I'd recommend as a long term goal so that you can really do some serious deep cleaning which is ultimately what your body needs to fully heal. I do the love the fact that you understand this is what your body needs and want to heal yourself naturally - it's definitely the first step. Sometimes a slower place with full prepration is required though. It's definitely about cleaning things from the inside out.

Unfortunately, supplements are seen as toxic by the body due to the fact that they're synthetic and not real food so, although they have a time and a place like any drug and are great in times of need, they do add more toxins to a body that's potentially already on a toxic overload. Black strapp mollassus is a great source of natural iron. Iron also needs a good source of citrus for our bodies to absorb it so unless your iron tablets have citrus in it, chances are you're not getting much iron from them anyway! So a tablespoon or two of black strapp molassus (organic, nothing added) with lemon or orange juice is a great alternative to getting iron. Heal Thy Self greens (available from the store) are also another great source or iron and pretty much every vitamin and perfect to incorporate into your daily routine.

Grapefruits are an great natural way to lower blood pressure - oone or two a day is a good goal - discuss this with your GP though as we don't want it to lower your blood pressure too much if you're still on the meds.

As far as soothing the rash right now, baths with epsom salts and a top quality lavendar essential oil (like Young Living or similar) will help, as will coconut oil. There are other coaches more knowledageble in the oils area than me. A cold compress may also soothe. I wouldn't use guasha on irritated skin but once it's died down, that will help to keep your skin super clean and breathing.

a difficult one.  Presently we are coming to the end of a second lockdown stage 4.  He has 3 younger sisters 4,4 and 3.  So I would say yes.  Trying to figure out his place in the pecking order, learning and growing.  He does often yell to to get his point across.  Yes he does get frustrated when things don't go his way.  He is very active, loves being on the move.

Hi Alexandra, thank you for reaching out! The is a very good documentary called "the root cause" which has been censured and removed from Netflix but i beleive you can still pay for it on Vimeo. This will give you total information on it beofre making your decision! I personnaly strongly advice against it. It can be a source of constent infection which is very tasking on the body and is a contributing factors for further diseases over time!

Hey Libby! Great question and a topic I haven't spoken of in a while!

So to quickly answer your question - Yes. The eye exercises will work, in time. But if you are unable to do all the protocols 100% all the time, that can slow the healing. So be patient and try open up the ellimination channels to help the eyes more. Also the liver plays a big part in eye sight and I think everyone should help the love by having plenty of lemons and copius amounts of water. Lets give your body some much needed hydration! We all do! 

Stopping toxins and posions are a factor too. Making sure you eat a plant based diet with little to no fat (except plant fat - because... Avo's!!), mostly raw!

I don't think anyone should sun gaze when the sun is higher than the size of your fist on the horizon. The light spectrum changes and can damage your eyes. Don Tolman always says eating thr carrots at sunset (colour of orange) helps target the eyes at that time too.

As for the time it will take? Well that can depend on how bad your eyes are or how fast you respond. I wish it was easy to say by Oct 13th you'll have new eyes, but that is also up to you, your body, your mind and your intentions you put out to the universe.

I don't really feel I need to say much as I think you already know the answer and have answered your own question. ;)

Detox is something we all need to do on a regular basis - it's just part of living in modern society. Colon cleanse for sure and if you're able to follow it up with a juice feast that would give you even greater benefit. Even a couple of days is amazing or if you can do longer (10, 20...) the benefits will be amazing.

Skin is our largest organ so any issues there are a direct reflection of what's going on on the inside. More often than not, it's a sign of a clogged up gut - toxins can't get out the back door so they find another way - often via our skin.

Make sure you follow all the amazing tips inside TRiBE on how to support all 4 channels of elimination whilst cleansing and fasting to minimsie any detox symptoms yuo may have.

Hi Katrina, The location of the rash might give you some more indication as to which organs it relates to. Also if you havent already, having an Iridology and scleology assessment with one of us coaches will allow you to know which organs need more nurturing and how to specifically do so. Hi Jelana. Congrats on 14 days, that's amazing! Are you an experienced faster? If not, my advice would be uts time to break. Its really not recommended to go much more than 5-7 days without supervision when water fasting. One us coaches can help you with that if needed.

All kinds of detox symptoms can come up when water fasting, dried lips being one of them - 1 I get myself! Make sure your adding salt to every glass and drinking a minimum of 2l water per 22kg of body weight whilst fasting. Coconut oil or a good quality organic lip balm may help. X

Hello Jelani, what is showing on our lower lip is usually in connection with our large intestine. If I was you, feeling good and being able to drink sufficient amount of water I'll continue with my water fast. If possible drink double of your usual water requirement. Keep an eye on your tongue, when the plague starts to clear up   or when you start genuinely feel for food you know you did a great job. Keep up a great work ????

Iron deficiency can be due to a whole manner of things but typically its a combo of not eating enough high iron plant foods (greens as u say are perfect, the HTS Greens powder is great), eating too many acidic foods like meat, dairy and processed foods, along with a colon lined with plaque and mucous which prevents the absorption of nutrients, no matter how well we eat.

As a starting point, I'd suggest HTS greens daily along with black strap mollassus which is super high in iron. Iron also needs vitamin c to be absorbed so include a natural source of that like lemon or oj at the same time.

It would also be worth having a chat to a coach to get to the real underlying issue.

Hi Debbie, have you tried an extended fast on juices i.e. 30 days? I would recommend this, also get rid of all chemicals at home (cleaning and personal products) that's something I did to heal from Grave's disease. You can use Castile soap, Soda bicarbonate, coconut oil, ACV and essential oils to substitute all the nasties. Massage your thyroid with clary sage (I mix it with Ylang Ylang) and work on your throat chakra energy by communicating your truth. Love Teresa

No I  haven't actually just the water fasts the last 3 months in a row and counting at least until the end of the year I was planning. Great idea though for the juicing.

I am not a coach.. I am, however, someone who experiences this myself. I have noticed that the cleaner I am eating and looking after myself I don't notice the tenderness as much. The more stressed, tired, eating crap/processed food and not exercising it seems to be worse. Hopefully the coaches can share some potential nice remedies... or maybe there are some essential oils... that might be good.

I used to have this issue too and, in the same way Hayler mentioned, I've found since I cleaned up my diet and my gut health I don't get breast tenderness anymore and the massive period nausea and vomitting I also used to experience has all but gone (I'm so thankful!!)

So my advice, while it's great to find essential oils etc to help soothe symptoms in the meantime, it's more important to come from an approach of healing. Our breasts shouldn't feel sore or tender during a natural bodily function such as a period so the fact they are is a sign from our body letting us know something isn't quite right.

I'd start with cutting out as much acidic foods as you can - meat, dairy, anything processed and really ramping up whole plant based foods, especially fruits. Fruit will really help to detox your body. If you think of any citrus cut in half it looks the same as the tissue and glands in our breasts so eating loads of citrus especially will really help too - ruby red grapefruit are in season where I am at the moment!

In addition, make sure you don't wear bra's with underwire - this restricts the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid into our breaast - no wonder they get sore!

And then look at cleaasning if you haven't done any previously. Depending on your current life, situation, health etc - the type of cleansing recommended would be relevant to that. I'd recommend having a 15minute consult with one of us coaches if you haven't already as then you can get specific advice designed for your unique circumstances.

There are other coaches that have more expertise in the area of essenital oils so I'll leave that advice to them!

You mentioned he hasn't changed washing powder etc which is great to eliminate. Would he have come into contact with any unusual chemical, plant, animal etc that he wouldn't normally or eaten anything different? It does look like a bit of an allergic reaction - any idea how long it's been there? If it fades after a day or 2 I would say it's most likely a reaction to something unusal that he isn't used to. Be good to try to identify the source but he may not remember. I'm also assuming this type of thing is uncommon for him? If so that makes me think a reaction even more whereas if he experiences this type of thing often it's potentially something more going on.

If it doesn't fade then it's potentially a sign of something internally. Our skin is our largest organ and needs to detox like all our other organs. When it can't do that through normal channels like sweat etc due to clogged pores, backed up insides, skin reactions like this can be seen. Initially to soothe I would use a good quality lavendar oil - I find this is a great oil for itches and bites! You could also start to use guasha directly on it (lots of articles in TRiBE when you search) but that may be a bit harsh while it's flaired up so go gently. Lots of direct sunshine on it and saunas/sweating will help too.

when we do a cleanse it stirs up toxicity and can cause a healing crisis so I would like to understand is this your first colon cleanse and how are your bowel movements normally?

Ok when you're constipated it's better to do a gentler slower colon cleanse, one or two servings a day accompanied with plenty of fruit and juice. Therefore stick to a serving in the morning for the first week, build to two sevings and continue over the next month. Book in a colonic too. Congratulations on the 5 days so far and the commitment to the juice fast - mammoth effort! Our left eye is our feminine side so from an emotional perspective perhaps there's something you're not quite seeing clearly / not willing to see that's related to a female or feminine energy around you? Literally blind to it? This could be yourself or even feminie energy from a male. If it's irritated you could try a salt water flush on your eye and using colloidal silver to help flush it out. Your juice fast is the optimum way to help heal this so you're already on the right track. It's great to hear you're doing enemas and yes, definietly continue to do those daily while juice fasting. A series of colonics would be awesome to incorporate as well if you can. Hi Andrea,

you are having toxic symptoms the same as the other lady. Your eyes are blury as the toxins are not leaving your body quick enough so they are coming out of your tear ducts. You really need to work on getting your bowel and kidneys functioning propertly. Its great you are doing a colon cleanse and juice fast but if the kidneys that filter your blood and the bowel that removes the bulk of the toxins are not working well - how much are you really going to move? For the eyes look at washing them out frequently with salty water. Also drink more water. If you want to look at this further book in for a free 15min if you have specific questions have them with you.

Hi Karin,

thats a terrible place to have cancer. So the skin in the biggest organ of the body and its always trying to get rid of toxins. However most creams are petrolium based. So think of a sponge that should be moist- suck liquid up and squeeze it out and it should breath. Then think about wrapping that sponge in plastic wrap and putting it under a light. Thats how yours and most peoples skins is. The sun is cooking the toxins in the sponge and they can't get out. It would be best to book in with a coach to see if there is any underlying reasons for the back up of toxins in the skin. However in the short term- drink more water and order Guasha from the HTS store - it will assist in removing the plastic wrap on your skin so the toxins cans start moving out. Raynauds can linked to other underlying conditions so it's important that you get that checked out to tackle the the condition at the cause. One of us coaches can help with this but in the mean-time there's some things you can do: Exercise to maintain blood flow, shake and bake each morning. Also reducing stress so breathing exercises like 7 x 7 here: 7Rounds of 7  and essentials oils to support circulation, Aroma Life from Young Living is a good choice (massage in with a natural base oil). i remember when I became allergic to MSG in my early 20's. I wasn't for years then BAM. Itchiness till I went crazy. Painful, no sleep, mental suffering, physical suffering too. 
Thankfully I worked it out and have stopped all the poisons in my diet and it's not come up again. 
So I always think to cleanse the body. The skin is such a barrier to toxins but they also come up the other way. Inside toxins needing to come out. 
Get a coach session mate. Get the plan to become Even more cleaner. X

there seams to be some disagreement on weather this is attached to the nervous system or integumentary system problem. However the treatment is still the same. Clean the bowel, open the channels of elimination especially – you want to look at water intake and guasha skin cleaning. Also look at herbs and oils to support the integumentary system. Also as the other coaches explained look at chemicals going into your body. Lastly you need to look at emotional connections- at HTS we believe that all dis-ease has an emotional connection and in many studies this condition has been associated with particular psychology’s so I would really look at this. Probably best to book in with a coach to discuss it further. All the coaches are amazing.

Hi Dharam,  It sounds like there may be greater aspects of your health that need support.  What aspects of the 7 principles of health do you incorporate into your daily lifestyle?  
When we talk about issues regarding Thyroid (Endocrine system/Immune system) health, we need to consider that the thyroid takes on a lot of toxins, specifically heavy metals, as part of its role in our immune health.  Allopathic medicines do have undesired side effects, such as you're experiencing, so are not always suitable for long term health goals. 
So, even if the thyroid levels may have returned to normal with allopathic support, was the thyroid ever allowed to truly detox?  I would suggest a heavy metal detox protocol going forward so that the thyroid is able to return to its best capacity by eliminating any build up of heavy metals that may be present.  Incorporating heavy metal detox , increasing hydration with good clean filered water, participating in daily exercise protocols (tibetan rites are amazing for thyroid and endocrine health, as is simpply walking for 1 hr daily!) and exploring the emotional connection with thyroid health;  you will more than likely experience a lift in energy and libido.  Add in even more of the practices that support our elimination channels and improve vitality, to support your desired energy goals.

Please continue to breastfeed as much as possible. This will increase your milk production, and help you stop using formula. The more you feed bub yourself the more milk you will have, and this will be much better for bub. I believe commercial formula is the cause of the of the congestion and gassiness. Cease using formula as soon as you can.

Hi,

Either way it is not good. An abscess just goes deeper. I would wash her mouth out often with salty water and if you have any HTS silver throat spray apply it to the area. Check if she is running a temp as this will indicate infection (anything above 37.8). Mouth hygiene is #1, then you also need to look at gut bacteria #2. If she is running a temp above 39.5 treat immediately with colloidal silver, if it continues to get worse and she has a high temp bring her to a dr. If she does not have a temp or after she is out of the acute phase book in with a coach as there is a few areas that need work here.

Hi Kelsea! Congratulations on doing 12 days already! That is no easy feet! It can be a plethora of ups and downs!

I have done a few extended fasts - 10, 20, 30 and even a 40 day juice fasts.. and the one I did last was a 21 day Water fast.

Really, you just have to listen to your own body and see how you are feeling. One thing that it did affect was my period always skipped when I was fasting. Something quite natural as the body is so focused on healing and cleaning it up that it doesnt waste energy. It also "thinks" you are in a famine which isn't an ideal time to get pregnant for your health. My period has always gone back to normal after I finished fasting.

Well done with what you have done and just stay in tune with your body...Good Luck!

Well done Kelsea,

this is an amazing achievement. I have only heard Tyler say that he does not recommend more than 28 days on a water fast for women. Other coaches please correct me if I am wrong. Water fasting is really intense on the body and as a women’s menstrual cycle is 28 days it is not recommended to go over that time on water only. With juices it’s a lot gentler on the body.

Hayley <3 I appreciate it!  I have had no idea what my life will look like from hour to hour... lol ... I've pretty much decided this is my hobby for the month + to just enjoy it.  It's been so rewarding to watch all the tiny things and big things shift in my life.   Thank you for that note... Hi Jessica, I eat lots of lentils, chickpeas and beans which I believe have a good level of iron in them... I am not a scientist but I have good energy on them... hope that helps

Hi Jessica,

so green leafy vegetables is a great source of iron. You absorb all nutrients from your small intestine however most people have layers of mucous in the intestine from eating meat, dairy and sugar. This mucous layer prevents absorption. A colon cleanse or raw food diet will help to break down this mucous. Also, you need Vit C to absorb iron so you may need to look at that. Overall, the easiest source is HTS greens as it is easy to absorb and has all your daily nutrient needs.

Make a tea of comfrey. Pulverise (with a meat tenderiser) a couple of leaves and then steep in hot water for 15 mins, add some honey (to make it palatable) and drink 3 times day. But only for the first 2 weeks.

You can eat any product contain grains dry and you can cook at home. Oats really good in the morning if you can find organic. Corn is good, brown rise, ray flour.
