Grief is something that we will all experience at some time in our life. It's possibly one of the most difficult feelings as our society normally focuses more on pleasurable feelings.

When we are grieving how do we know what to ask from others? How do we know what is normal or when we might need more help?

For sure self care when you are feeling grief is so important. Even when you're feeling grief remember to look after yourself and your body by getting out into nature, moving your body, eating well and using breathing techniques and essential oils to ground you during this time.
