Dealing with Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are so commonplace these days but often we can feel alone, unsupported and not sure how to move though these feelings.

The classes this week included a variety of view points from experts with tips and exercises to support us moving through stress and overwhelm so we can come back to centre rather than feeling like anxiety is taking over us.

We cover everything from physical exercise, to mental awareness exercises to come back to the present moment, and tuning into where stress and anxiety come from within us to understand these emotions more deeply.

You’re not alone, we all experience this, and we’re all here to support each other.
These exercises will feel like a soothing balm to calm your overwhelm.
